How does automated birthday SMS work?+
Save each contact's birth day and month, choose all contacts or a group, write a message with fields such as name or custom fields, and select a delivery time. ZukaOS checks daily and sends the birthday wish automatically. Birth year and age are not needed.
Can I receive birthday reminders instead of sending wishes?+
Yes. Create a Birthday Reminder, choose how many days before the birthday to be notified, and select yourself or other contacts as recipients. The reminder contains a list of matching names and their birthday date.
Can churches, gyms, and membership groups use it?+
Yes. Birthday App audiences can be all contacts or a contact group, making it useful for churches, faith communities, social organizations, gyms, clubs, schools, associations, and customer care teams.
Do contacts need to share their age or birth year?+
No. Birthday App is designed to be privacy-friendly: it only needs the day and month of a birthday to send a wish or create a reminder. Birth year and age are optional and do not need to be collected.
